The Blue Zone Diet was born from this research and allows men and women to promote longevity and live the healthiest lifestyle.

The Blue Zone Diet consists of 11 food guidelines from lifestyles defined by longevity. More than just a diet, the Blue Zone Diet is a lifestyle that focuses on maintainable healthy habits that will make a significant difference in how you look, live, and feel.

Dietary Guidelines

The Blue Zone Diet is not restrictive but provides guidelines that, when followed, will increase vitality, reduce the risk of chronic and age-related diseases, improve cellular health, and help maintain balanced hormone levels. The diet focuses on healthy aging, decreased inflammation, improved cardiovascular health, and the establishment of and maintenance of fulfilling relationships.

How It Works

During our habit coaching, we’ll ask specific questions about your current mental, emotional, and physical health, like “What motivates you?” and “Why aren’t you drinking enough water?” We’ll then take your answers and design a plan, implementing behavioral strategies that can increase or decrease certain behaviors.

We’ll analyze the data we collect and determine whether you’ve successfully increased and decreased certain behaviors over time. We’ll also adjust your goals once you’ve reached your initial ones.
